Reservations are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and any required payment has been successfully processed. Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment methods accepted at the time of booking will be displayed during checkout.
If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.
Reservations may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
Complimentary breakfast is included with every overnight stay.
To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Only registered guests may occupy guest rooms. Visitors and additional overnight guests must be approved in advance.
Briarwood Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside the home may result in additional cleaning fees.
We kindly ask all guests to treat the home, furnishings, and grounds with care and respect. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and may be charged for repair or replacement if necessary.
On-site parking is provided for registered guests. Briarwood Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.
If you leave an item behind, we’ll gladly make every reasonable effort to return it. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the guest.
Private gatherings and use of Briarwood’s gathering spaces must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional agreements, occupancy limits, and rental fees may apply depending on the event.
We strive to ensure all information on our website, including room descriptions, photographs, amenities, and pricing, is accurate. However, details are subject to change without notice.
Briarwood Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove guests whose behavior threatens the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests or the property.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
